Welcome to Wistanstow Village Hall & Greene Room

“Located in the beautiful Shropshire Hills in a designated National Landscape, our magnificent village hall is one hundred years old this year. Come and join us in our centenary celebrations, or book the hall for your own event from drama club to band practice, parties to wedding receptions.”

Wistanstow village hall - pop up bar

POP-UP PUB

We are running a ‘Pop up Pub’ on the first Friday of every month 6:30pm – 10:00pm. A chance to meet with your neighbours and the rest of your community. The event is cash only and food will be available from a different food van each month (6:30pm – 8:30pm).

QUIZ NIGHT

Test your knowledge at our quiz night held monthly on a Friday commencing at 8:00pm, £10 per team of 4 people. Our quiz night includes raffle with prizes. 

CAR BOOT

This is a popular event for local residents to buy and sell secondhand goods. £10 per pitch, set up time 9:30am. To book a pitch call 01588 673298 or email info@wistanstowvillagehall.co.uk. Tea and coffee available. 

Wistanstow village hall weekly yoga

YOGA

Yoga classes take place in the hall every Monday at from 6:30pm – 7:45pm. Classes are fully booked at the moment but watch this space for availability.

Badminton

Badminton is held every Tuesday at the hall from 8:00pm – 10:00pm. For further information contact Linda on 01694 724051.

“The hall is licensed for 300 people dancing, 200 close seating, and 176 seated at tables for parties or weddings. The Greene Room is a smaller venue adjacent to the hall that can be booked independently or as part of a package with the hall. Wistanstow village lies just off the A49 in a designated National Landscape in the stunning Shropshire Hills. It is some eight miles north of the beautiful medieval market town of Ludlow, six miles to the south of Church Stretton and 20 miles south of Shrewsbury.
